“This book changed the way I view myself and my relationship to the Christians around me in very distinct way. We read this book over a 12 week period in our weekly small group. It get’s to the heart of why we as Christians do what he do in the way of hypocrisy. The book approaches this very important topic that is addressed in the Bible but few really expound on in great detail. It made me think of how I’m not doing anyone any favors by allowing the rocks in there’s lives not to be turned over. “I can’t say enough how much I recommend this book. Especially to those that have been in the faith for a while. TRUTH and it’s not taken out of context, in fact, it puts it in context! It nailed me in some areas that the Holy Spirit had already spoke to me about, but I had failed to address.
I also like how the author used quotes from other authors and outlined his chapters. It’s convicting and encouraging at the same time.
